Return any eligible item within 14 calendar days of delivery for any reason.

Condition requirements

  • Unused, unaltered, unwashed.

  • In original pouch/box with all tags & inserts intact.

  • Include order number or receipt.

Request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) at [email protected] before shipping the parcel back.


Non-Returnable Items & Reasons

  • Personalized, engraved or custom-sized jewellery.

  • Clearance items marked “Final Sale / Non-Returnable”.

  • Pierced body jewellery (earrings, ear cuffs, belly bars) once the hygiene seal or poly-bag is opened—regulatory hygiene rules forbid restocking.

  • Items showing wear, scratches, perfume or other usage traces.

  • Returns sent without a valid RMA or outside the 14-day window.


Buyer-Paid Return Shipping

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Use a tracked & insured service—claims for lost uninsured parcels cannot be honoured.

Return Workflow (Step-by-Step)

  1. Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery for an RMA.

  2. Pack securely in original packaging; write the RMA outside the parcel.

  3. Ship via tracked & insured courier; email us the tracking number.

  4. Inspection on arrival (1–2 business days).

  5. Refund issued per Section 5 and confirmation email sent.
