Non-Returnable Items & Reasons

Pierced body jewellery (earrings, ear cuffs, belly bars) once the hygiene seal or poly-bag is opened—regulatory hygiene rules forbid restocking.

Items showing wear, scratches, perfume or other usage traces.

Returns sent without a valid RMA or outside the 14-day window.
Buyer-Paid Return Shipping
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Use a tracked & insured service—claims for lost uninsured parcels cannot be honoured.
